ORDINANCE NO. 1078
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LIQUOR ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
PRICHARD,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, That Section 1 of the Liquor Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Prichard, Alabama, being Ordinance No. 443, be
and is hereby further amended by the addition of the following
Sub-Section at the end thereof:
(13) That portion of West Clark Avenue, known as 1021
West Clark Avenue, Prichard, Alabama
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall have full force and
effect upon its approval as required by law.
ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1966.
