TURNER TELEPHONE 457-3381 PRICHARD, ALABAMA 36610 ORDINANCE NO. 1223 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1, That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 348 adopted on the 19th day of November, 1935, be amended as follows: The membership of the Prichard Library Board shall consist of seven members to be appointed by the City Council of the City of Prichard, The terms of Office of the membership shall be four years. Section 2. This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon its approval as required by law. Adopted this 21st day of November, 1969.
