Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 1067 THIS IS AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Article III, Section G(1) of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, Alabama, adopted June 15, 1964, be and is hereby amended so as to read as follows: Where the owner of property at the time of the adop- tion of this ordinance owns a lot or lots of official record which is/are substandard to the requirements of the district in which they are located according to this ordinance and map, the building and its accessory,structure may be built provided the yard space and other requirements conform as closely as possible, in the opinion of the Building Inspector, to the requirements of the district in which it is located except that no side yard shall be reduced less than five (5) feet and no front or rear yard shall be reduced less than twenty (20) feet. No building need be set back morethan the average of the setbacks of existing residences within one hundred (100) feet thereof, Section 2, The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, Alabama, adopted June 15, 1964, shall otherwise remain as it is now written, ‘ Adopted this 23rd day of May, 1966.
