Section 3. Any person who commits any of the offenses numbered One(1.) through Thirty-three (33.) heretnabove may plead gulity to such offense before the Clerk of the Prichard Recorders Court and pay the fine hereinabove set opposite the particular offense committed, provided that such fine is pald within 10 days. Section 4. Any person who commits any of the offenses numbered Thirty-four (34.) through Thirty-nine(39.) hereinabove, and any person who commits any of the other offenses stated hereinabove in such an aggravated manner that the arresting officer marks the ticket Docket, shall be placed on the docket and appear for trial before the Prichard Recorders Court; and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.00 and may, In addition, be sentenced to jail or hard~labor for the City of Prichard for a period not to exceed six (6) months. @ Section 5.
