SECTION 2. Any person who commits the offense numbered One (1) hereinabove may plead guilty to such offense before the Clerk of the Prichard Recorders Court and pay the fine hereinabove set opposité offense Number One (1), provided such fine is paid within 48 hours after the commission of the offense, and if such fine is not paid within 48 hours after the commission of the offense, the fine therefor shall be increased by the sum of $5.00. SECTION 3. Any person who commits any of the offenses numbered Two through Thirty-four hereinabove may plead guilty to such offense before the Clerk of the Prichard Recorders Court and pay the fine hereinabove set opposite the particular offense committed. ‘ SECTION 4. Any person who commits any of the offenses numbered Thirty-five (35) through Forty (40) hereinabove, and any person who commits any of the other offenses stated hereinabove in such an aggravated manner that the arresting officer marks the ticket Docket, shall be placed on the docket and appear for trial before the’ Prichard Recorders Court; and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $200.00 and may, in addition, be sentenced to jail or hard labor for the City of Prichard for a period not to exceed six (6) months. All other offenses wherein a fine is designated shall be punishable ‘by a fine of that amount. SECTION 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinances. which conflict with this ordinance are repealed.
