Page 1 ORDINANCE NO.__1338 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard being Ordinance No. 981 together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follow to-wit: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of Fractional Quarter Section 24, Township 3 South, Range 2 West, Mobile County, Alabamas thence run North 419 feet to a point on the North line of Lott Road; thence run North 67 degrees 40 minutes East along the North line of Lott Road a distance of 512 feet to a point, being the point of beginning of the property herein described; thence continue East- wardly along the North line of Lott Road a distance of 465 feet, more or less, to its intersection with the West line of Highway 45, thence run North west- wardly along the West line of Highway 45 a distance of 466.5 feet, more or less, to a point; thence run West a distance of 108 feet to point; thence rum South 217 feet to a point; thence run Westwardly and parallel to the North line of Lott Road a distance of 53 feet to a point; thence run South a distance of 200 feet to the North line of Lott Road and the Point of Beginning, The Classification of said property is hereby changed from Residential (R-1) District to Business (B-2) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Business (B-2) District provided however that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the building laws of the City of Prichard and A. That a site plan is approved by the Planning Commission, prior to the issuance of a building permit. B. That a visual screen fence be constructed where this property is adjacent to an existing residential zone, and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance No. 981.
