Page 1 ORDINANCE NUMBER 1351 BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Prichard, Alabama, as follows: Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to maliciously tamper with or to use any fire hydrant in the City of Prichard or its police jurisdiction for any purpose other than to fight fires and/or for regular train- “ing procedure by the Fire Department without prior written approval of the Water Works and Sewer Board of the City of Prichard, Section 2. Any person who shall be found guilty of violation of Section 1 hereof shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than Iwo Hundred ($200.00) Dollars, or sentenced to jail or to hard labor for the City for a périod not to exceed six months, one or both, ADOPTED, this 3rd day of April, 1973.
