ORDINANCE NO. 970
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD,
ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Prichard, Alabama,
shall consist of five Councilmen to be selected from the City at
large, without regard to the ward of residence of Councilmen.
SECTION 2. In preparing the ballot for the general municipal
election to be held August 11, 1964, the five places tov be filled
on the Council shall be numbered in sequence, from one through
five inclusive. No candidate shall be allowed to be a candidate
for more than one place on the City Council.
