ORDINANCE NO. 1065
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LIQUOR ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF PRICHARD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD,
ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section One of the Liquor Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Prichard, Alabama, being Ordinance
No. 443, be and is hereby further amended by the addition
of the following subsection at the end thereof:
(12) That portion of the East side of Persons “
Street known as 2908 Persons Street.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall have full force
and effect upon its approval as required by law.
