Page 1 ORDINANCE # 1162 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #1100 FIXING THE RATE OF ANNUAL LICENSES IN THE CITY OF PRICHARD AND IN THE POLICE JURISDICTION THEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Prichard, as follows: SECTION 1: That Section 341 of Ordinance #1100 be amended so a at that the last sentence thereof shall read as follows: That any person, member of a firm, partnership or corporation engaged inany practice, vocation, or profession who shall fail or refuse to state their gross receipts as herein provided shall pay a license of $300.00. ‘SECTION 2: Said ordinance is further amended so that the following paragraph shall be added as the last ‘paragraph of Section 39 of said ordinance, which shall read as follows: Any automobile, motor car, or other self propelled vehicle dealer who is franchised by the manufacturer of saia@ vehicle as a new car dealer in said vehicle whose inventory does not exceed five of such vehicles, shall pay a license charge of $100.00 per annum and be relieved of any further charges under this ordinance, ADOPTED this 2né day of | 1968. : g pe Bae DET T44 — geod Adi yn a Weed £1 50, bad APPROVED: . a MAYOR ATTEST: CITY CLERK
