Page 1 ORDINANCE NO.: _ 2032 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE TIME FOR HOLDING THE ENVIRONMENTAL COURT DOCKET OF THE MUNICIPAL COURT OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: , Section 1. Pursuant to §12-14-3, Code of Alabama 1975, the governing body of the City of Prichard, Alabama hereby sets the time and place for holding the Environmental Court “Docket of the Municipal Court of the City of Prichard, Alabama, as follows: a. Commencing in January, 2015, the Environmental Court Docket of the Municipal Court of the City of Prichard, Alabama, shall be held on Tuesdays of each month commencing at 5:30 p.m. in the Municipal Court Room in the A.J Cooper Municipal Building in the City of Prichard, Alabama. b. Nothing herein shall prohibit or limit the special setting or continuation of cases on days, at times and in places different than provided for herein by the judge O presiding over the Environmental Docket or the Presiding Judge of the Municipal Court. Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and publication as required by law. ADOPTED thisthe 13th day of November, 2014
