Page 1 ee od ORDINANCE NO. 1660 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows: Lot 12, Range 1 West, Owen Division of the St. Louis Tract, Mobile County, Alabama, Being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point on the southwest right-of-way line of U. S. Highway 45 Where it is intersected by the Northwest right-of-way line of Victory Avenue, run N 36 19' W along said Southwest right-of-way line of U. S. Highway 45 a distance of 120.0 feet to a point where it is intersected by the Southeast line of said lot 12, R-1I-W, Owen Division of the St. Louis Tract, said point being the point of beginning of the property herein described; thence continuing N 36 19' W along said Southwest right-of- way line of U. S$. Highway 45 a distance of 431.10 feet to the intersection with the Northwest line of said lot 12, range 1 West, Owen Division of the St. Louis Tract; thence along said Northwest line of said lot.12, Range 1 West, Qwen Division of the St. Louis Tract Run $ 51 50’ W 995.06 feet to a point where it is intersected by the Northeast right-of-way line of Owens Street; thence along said Northeast right-of-way line of Owens Street run S 36 19' E 431.10 feet to a point where it is intersected by the aforementioned Southeast line of lot 12, Range 1 West, Owen Division of the St. Louis Tract; thence along said Southeast line of lot 12, Range 1 West, St. Louis Tract; thence along said Southeast line of lot 12, Range I West Owen Division of the St. Louis Tract run N 51 50‘E 995.06 feet to the point of beginning. The Classification of said property is hereby changed from Manufact- uring (M-2) District to Residential (R-4) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Residential (R-4) District; provided, however, that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the Building Laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance #981.
