Page 1 ORDINANCE NO._ 1339 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: ae SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows to-wit: Beginning at the NW corner of the Property on U. S. Hwy. 4S on which J.B.'s Restaurant is located continue North westerly 80' to point of beginning; thence westernly along boundry of property owned by Allied Home Improve- ment, Ine. 200' to a point, thence north westernly 150! paralled to Hwy 45 to a point; thence easterly 200! and paralled to north line of Allied Home Improvement Prop- erty to a point on west boundary of U. S. Hwy 453 thence along poundary in southerly direction to point of beginning containing .689 acres, The classification of said property is hereby changed from Commercial (B-1) District to Commercial (M-1) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by the terms of said ordinance in a ; Commercial (M-1) District provided, however, that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the building laws of the Clty of Prichard and A. That a site plan be approved by the Planning Commission prior to the issuance of a building permit, and that any structure shall be approved by the Bullding Inspector of t he City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance No. 981.
