That portion of Craft Highway lying within the City limits of the City of Prichard, Alabama, shall henceforth be known as Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive. The appropriate City agency is hereby directed to install the necessary street signs. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption as required by law.
