Page 1 ORDINANCE NO, 1039 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO, 996 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 996, adopted the 2nd day of February, 1965, be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows: The Prichard Municipal Advisory Board shall consist of 21 members who shall be appointed by joint action of the Mayor and the City Council, The term of office of the members of the Prichard Municipal Advisory Board shall be for four years, The term of office of the members first appointed shall commence on the lst day of February, 1965, In the event of a vacancy for any reason in the membership of the Board, the Mayor and City Council shall by joint action appoint a person to fill such vacancy for the unexpired term, SECTION 2, The said Ordinance No, 996 shall otherwise remain as it is now written, Adopted this 30th day of August, 1965, APPROVED: £4 Ce Mayor ATTEST:
