All persons, firms or corporations engaged or who desire in the business of making bail bonds and charging therefor ty of Prichard, Alabama, and its police jurisdiction shali in its said business at least two persons qualified by the State labame to engege in @ bail bond business and charge therefor. SECTION 2. All persons, firms or corporations desiring 4 bail bond license shall make written application for same with the City Clerk. All euch applicaticas for a bail bond license shall be referred by the City Clerk to the City Council of Prichard, Alabama, and the City Council shall determine whether such person, firm or corporation has complied with Section 1 of this Ordinance. If the City Council finds that Section 1 of this Ordinance has been complied with, it shall direct the City Clerk to issue the license to such person, firm or corporation. SECTION 3. The city license of any person, firm or corporation now or hereafter licensed to do a bail bond business by the City of Prichard, Alabams, failing to comply with Section 1 of this Ordin- ance upon its enactment and publication or at)any time thereafter , shall be suspended by the City Council of Prichard wuntil such per- son, firm or corporation shall comply with seid Section 1.
