Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 277 __ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS: SUCTION rv The Pdlice Department shall cause to be placed in a conspicuous position on any vehicle parked or left upon the public streets of Prichard in violation of any of the provisions of Ordinance No, of the City of Prichard a ticket or other motice of such violation, which such ticket or other notice shall state the nature of the violation and the time thereof. For each hour that such violation shall continue, an additional ticket or notice shall be likewise placed upon said vehicle, SECTION 2, WNotitieket or notice shall be placed upon any vehicle for overtime parking at any parking meter which shall not be in working order. SECTION 3. ‘The owner, operator or propri@tor of avvehicle upon which a ticket or notice or tickets or notices shall have been placed shall | gard to the City of Prichard in the following amounts for such violation: ae For each ticket issued for overtime parking, Fifty ($ .50) cents if such shall be paid within 2+ hours from the time the ticket is issue or if issued after office hours, if paid before ten (10 A.M.) O'clock A. Me on the next succeeding business day, De Tickets issued for any violation of Ordinance Now? 7_ other than for overtime parking; Two ($2.00) Dollars.
