Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 1730 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS : SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain prop in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows: From the Southwest corner of fractional Southeast Quarter of fractional Section 24, Township 3 South,. Range 2 West, run North 00° 05' East 451.59 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of Lott Road, (hereinafter called Point 5 1 6 1 4 7 1166 690 63 23 96.259613 A), thence continue North 00° 05' East 200 feet to a point, thence run North 74° 51' East 90 feet to a point, thence run Southwardly to a point on the North right-of-way line of said Lott Road, which point measured along the curve of said North right-of-way line of Lott Road is 200 feet Northeastwardly from Point A above described, thence run Westwardily along the curve of the said Lott Road 100 feet, thence run Northward- to the place of beginning. The classification of said property is hereby changed from Business (B-1) District to Business (B-2) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Business (B-2) District; provided, however, that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall b in compliance with the Building Laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance #981.
