Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 1313 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1245 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1245 is hereby amended’ as follows: Section l(a) is hereby amended to change the percentage from 2% to 2%%. Section 1(b) is hereby amended to change the percentage from 2% to 2%%. Section l(c) is hereby amended to change the percentage from } of one per cent (.5%) to .75%. Section 1(d) is hereby amended to change the percentage from & of one per cent (.5%) to .75%. Section 1(e) is hereby amended to change the percentage from % of one per cent (.5%) to .75%. SECTION 2. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1245 is hereby amended as follows: Section 2(a) is hereby amended to change the percentage from 1% to 1%%. Section 2(b) is hereby amended to change the percentage from 1% to 14%. Section 2(c) is hereby amended to change the percentage from & of one per cent (.25%) to .375%. Section 2(d) is hereby amended to change the percentage from % of one per cent (.25%) to .375%. Section 2(e) is hereby amended to change the percentage from % of one per cent (.25%) to .375%. SECTION 3. That Section 4 of Ordinance No. 1245 is hereby amended as follows: Section 4(a) is hereby amended to change the percentage within the corporate limits of the City of Prichard Page 2 -2- from 2% to 24% and outside the corporate limits of the City of Prichard but within the police juris- diction of the City of Prichard from 1% to 14%. Section 4(b) is hereby amended to change the percentage within the corporate limits of the oa *. - City of Prichard from 45 of 1% (.5%) to .75% *, and outside the corporate limits but within the police jurisdiction of the City of Prichard from -% of 1% (.25%) to .375%. Section 4(c) is hereby amended to change the percentage within the corporate limits of the city of Prichard from % of 1% (.5%) to .75% and outside the corporate limits but within the police jurisdiction from & of 1% (.25%) to -375%. Section 4(d) is hereby amended to change the percentage within the corporate limits of the city of Prichard from % of 1% (.5%) to 75% and outside the corporate limits of the City of Prichard but within the police jurisdiction from % o£ 1% (.25%) to .375%.
