Page 1 ORDINANCE no. 1145 AN ORDINANCE TO CONFIRM IMPROVEMENT ORDINANCE NO. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS: ' Section 1. That Improvement Ordinance No. 1140 providing for the construction of sidewalks on both sides of South Wasson Avenue from the Northwest right of way of st. Stephens Road to the Southwest right of way of West Main Street is hereby confirmed except for the following deletions therefrom: (A) The sidewalk adjacent to Lot 1, Block 30, Town of Whistler, extending 400 feet on Wasson Avenue. (B) The sidewalk adjacent to Lot 1, St. Stephens Lawn, extending 221 feet on Wasson Avenue. (C) The sidewalk adjacent to part of Lot 34 C, Block 29, Town of Whistler, beginning at the right of way of Highway 45 and extending 99 feet along the North side of Wasson Avenue. Section 2.
