Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 1380 AN ORDINANCE ANENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY oF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard being Ordinance No. $81 together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows to-wit: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 23, T3S, R2W, Mobile County, Alabama, run S 39° 34! 10" E 25 feet to a point on the East right of way line of Belcase Road, said point being the point of beginning of the property herein described, thence run N 00° 25! 50" E along said East line of Belaase Road, 86.49 feet, thence run S 89° 34' 10" E185 feet, thence run S 11° 08! 33" E 41.90 feet, thence run S 42° 48' 40" E 170 feet, thence run S$ 47° 11' 20" 1] 195 feet toa point on the North right of way line of Lott Road, thence along said North line of Lott Road, Run N 42° 48' yO" WwW 2NnS Feet to the intersection of said North right of way line of Lott Road with aforesaid East right of way line of Belcase Road, thence along said East line of Belcase Road, Run N 00° 25' 50" E. 33.51 feet to the point of beginning. { oe The classification of said property is hereby changed from Residential (8-1) District to Commercial (R-1) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such preperty any structures permitted by the terms of iz Ordinance in a Commercial (B-1) District provided, raver, that a visual screen fence be constructed around s site en all sides except the side adjacent to the street R.O.%. and that before issuance of a building permit a site plan must be approved by the Planning Commission, and that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the building laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Frichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance No. 981.
