Page 1 ORDINANCE ¢ 1580 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, THAT ORDINANCE #1546 IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Ordinance #1100, Section 17, which now reads as follows: “That all licenses not paid within sixty days from the date they fall due, shall be increased by twenty-five percent until June 30, but no license shall be increased by more than 50 percent after July 1, because of delinquent payment thereof, but this provision shall not be deemed to authorize the delay of sixty days in the c. payment of the license due, which may be enforced at once.
