AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 669, THE LICENSE
SCHEDULE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, That subsection 65-A of Section ;
One of Ordinance No. 669, The Iicense Schedule of the City
of Prichard, is hereby amended to read as follows:
65-A: Builders and/or Developers,
$16.50, plus 1/2 of 1% of the
cost of each job. (Not to be
prorated).
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall have
full foree and effect upon its approval as required by
law.
ADOPTED this 10th day of January, 1963.
