Page 1 ORDINANCE NO._130 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, BRING ORDINANCE NO. 961. . BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS : SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard, be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follow to-wit: Commencing at the Southwest intersection of the new right of way of Bear Fork. Rd. (Alley #10) and Owens Street (Alley #1) thence South along the west side of said Owen Street 106 feet to a point, thence westwardly and parallel to the new south right of way line of Bear Fork Road 120 feet to a point, thence northwardly and parallel to the west line of Owens Street 106 ft. to the south line of the new south right of way of Bear Fork Road, thence eastwardly and along the south line of the new right of way of Bear Fork Road 120 feet to the place of beginning. The classification of said property is hereby changed from Residential (R-3) District to Commercial (B-1) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures per- mitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Commercial (B-1) District provided, however that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in cdampliance with the building laws of the City of Prichard and A. That the existing structure be rehabilitated, in accordance with the existing City Building Codes prior tothe issuance of business permite“B. That adjacent off-street parking be provided. C. If a new structure is constructed, that a site plan be approved by the Planning Commission prior to ithe issuance of a building permit, md that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance No. 981.
