Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Prichard, Alabama that the grade of Hogan! Avenue from the west end of the existing pavement westward to St. Stephens Road is hereby fixed and established, both as to the center of said street and the curb lines of same, in accordance with ‘the profile sheet prepared by add Engineering Company, today exhibited to this council, and on ‘ile in the Office of the City Clerk here interested persons may see and examine the same. All of the above street and portion thereof being within the police jurisdiction of the City of Prichard, Mobile County, Ala- -bama and being fixed and est- ablished by a map, plat or sur- in the Office of Probate Judge vey of said City duly recorded of Mobile County, Alabama. | This Ordinance shall take effect | -|from and after its passage, ap- proval and publication as required ‘| by law.
