The following rates and charges ere hereby authorized for service tnder this Franchise and shall not be changed by the Company without the prior approval by the Council and shell remain in effect until changed or modified in accordence with the general standards and principles set out in this Section: (2) Installation Charges: $35.00 (>) Service Charges: $9.00 per month, for one set or outlet, and $3.00 per month for each additionel set or outlet in the the same building. The effective date of the rate increase authorized hereby shall be the first dey of April, 1980. ' ALL other terms and conditiona of the Franchise grented by the sforeseid Ordinance No. 1272 as heretofore amended and not Purther amended hereby shali be and remain full force and effect. This amendment shall be in full force and effect upon its edoption and publication as provided by law, which pubdlication shall be at the expense of the Company.
