Page 1 ORDINANCE # 1170) AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND PROHIBITING a THE SALE OF INTOXICATING BEVERAGES DURING CERTAIN HOURS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, a s follows: SECTION 1: No licensee located in the City of Prichard or its police jurisdiction whch said licensee is licensed by the City of Prichard for the retail sale of liquor, malt beverages, or any other intoxicating beverage of any kind or description shall sell, dispense, or otherwise dispose of said liquor, malt beverage, or other intoxicating beverages between the hours of 2:00 A.M., Sunday morning, and 12:00 midnight, Sunday night, SECTION 2: All ordinances or resolutions heretofore passed, and parts thereof, in conflict with this ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of any such conflict, SECTION 3: THis ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption by the City Council, ADOPTED this 13th day of January 1969, .
