Page 1 ORDINANCE 10. 1098 _ AN ORDINANCE FIXING TH! SALARY OF THE CHIEF OF POLICE OF THS CITV OF PRICHARD BE IT ORDAINED BY UH! CITY COUNCIL OF THS CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. ‘The salary of the Chief of Police of the City of Prichard, Alabama, shall be, and the same is hereby fixed at 5903.00 per month. SECTION 2. The effective date of the commencement of the salary fixed in Section 1 of this Ordinance shall be July 1, 1967. SECTION 3. All Ordinances and Resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict with this Ordinance be, and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. Adopted this 19th day of June, 1967. . O.
