BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ‘THE. ‘orry OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: - ~ Section 1. That those areas known as Alabama..Village and Gulf Homes, being more particularly described as that certain real pro- exty located in Mobile County, Alabama, as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 28, town- ship 3 South, Range 1 West, Mobile County, run N. 0° 27' W., with the west line of said Section for 300 feet; thence northwest, parallel with Turner Road 2800 feet and to the West line of the Southeast one-fourth of Section 29; thence North with the West line of the Southeast one-fourth of said Section 29 for 1360 feet and to the North line of the southeast one-fourth of said Section 29, being the center of said Section 29; thence East With the north line of the South east one- fourth of said Section 29 and continue east with the north line of the south west one fourth of Section 28, Township 3 South, Range 1 West and continue east with the north line of the Southeast one fourth of said Sec- tion 28 and to the east right of way line of Wilson Avenue; thence South and to the east right of way line of Graft Highway thence south with the east right of way line of Graft Highway and to the North right of way line of the Terminal Railroad; thence eastward with said right of way line and to the east line of Section 28, Township 3 South, Rangel West; thence South and to the southeast corner of said Section 28; thence West with the south line of said Section 28 and to the southwest corner thereof, the point of beginning. were dulyemade @ part of the City of Prichard, Alabama, by decree of the Probate Judge of Mobile County, Alabama, heretofore entered “on January 8, 1957. Section 2. That all qualified electors residing in the areas heretofore described in Section 1 of this ordinance shall by action of the Board of Registrars of Mobile County, Alabama, be included within and be a part of Precinct 27 of Mobile County, Alabama. Section 3. That this ordinance shall have full force and effect upon its approval by the Mayor of the City of Prichard. Adopted this 22nd day of July » L957. APPROVED: G. V.
