Page 1 ORDINANCE NO.1550 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. THAT, in order to improve the flow of traffic on Birmingham Street, the four-way stop signs at the intersection of Birmingham and Harriet Streets are to be re- moved and replaced by two-way stop signs regulating and con- trolling the flow of traffic on Harriet Street.
