AN ORDINANCE FIXING A FEE TO COVER THE
COST OF PROCESSING APPSALS TO THE HOUSING
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH# CITY OF PRICHARD,
ALAjAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Each appeal to the Housing Board of Adjustments
and Appeals shall be accompanied by a fee of
Ten Dollars (,}10.00) to the City of Prichard,
Alabama, to cover the costs of processing such
Appeal.
SECTION 2, This Ordinance shall have full force and effect
upon its approval as required by law.
