ORDINANCE NO, 1316 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING TRUCK TRAFFIC ON HINSON DRIVE IN PRICHARD, ALABAMA BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL: OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Except as hereinafter provided in Section 2 of this Ordinance, it shall be unlawful to drive a truck larger than 3/4 ton. on Hinson Drive in Prichard, Alabama. Section 2. The provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance shall not apply to trucks making a delivery or picking up an item or items on said street, and shall not apply to municipal or public utility trucks. Section 3. Any person violating any provision of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars, and may be in addition sentenced to jail or hard labor for the City of Prichard for a period not to exceed six (6) months.
