ORDINANCE NO. &¢ &
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING INVITATION
FOR BIDS FOR THE SALE OF $350,000.00
IN GENERAL OBLIGATION WARRANTS AND
DIRECTING THE PRESIDENT OF THE CITY
COUNCIL TO EXECUTE SAME IN THE NAME
OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD AND THE CITY
CLERK TO ATTEST SAME.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD,
ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the attached invitation for bids for the sale
of $350,000.00 in general obligation warrants of the City of
Prichard, Alabama, marked Exhibit A and by reference herein
made a part hereof, is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the President of the City Council of Prichard
is hereby authorized and directed to execute said invitation
for bids in the name of the City of Prichard, and the City
Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest same.
