Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 1422) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. BE If ORDAINED BY THE CITY couNcIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, -ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: A Section 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981 together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows: to wit: Lots 11 and 12 of Block One of -Prichard Heights according to Plat of same recorded in Deed Book 148, Page 11 and 12 of the Probate Court Records of Mobile County, Alabama. The Classification of said property is hereby changed from Residential 3 (R-3) District to Business 2 (B-2) . District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on ‘such property any structures permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Business 2 (B-2) District; provided, however that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in com- pliance with the building laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such struc-. ture be erected only in compliance with such laws, includ- ing the requirements of said Ordinance No. 981.
