ORDINANCE NO. 706
An Ordirawee-tomending And
Clarifying Section 6 Of Or-
that same shall hereafter read
and be as follows:
“gection 6. CLERK NOT TO
ISSUE, The City Clerk shall is-
sue no new licenses for the re-
tail sale of malt or brewed bev-
erages except in accordance with
the provisions of this ordinance.
Unless otherwise directed by the
City Council, renewals of li-
censes now in existence or here-
after issued in accordance with
the provisions of this Ordinance,
shall be issued by the City Clerk
immediately upon payment of the
jicense fee for same without fur-
ther investigation.”
