Page 1 ORDINANCE NO._1419 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981 together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows: to wit: BEGINNING at a point at the Northwest corner of White Street (changed to present Dial Street) and Bear Fork, which point is 2071.5 feet in a southwesterly direction from the Southeast corner of Lot thirty (30) in Range 1 West, said distance being measured and extending along the northerly side of said Bear Fork Road, thence run South 50” 23' west along the north side of Bear Fork Road a distance of 213.5 to a point, then northwest- wardly and parallel with the west boundary of White (Dialy Street, a distance of 221.4 feet to a point, thence north 57° 12 East a distance of 213.1 feet to the west side of White (Dial) Street, thence southwardly along the west side of White (Dial) Street 196 feet to the point of beginning. The Classification of said property is hereby changed from Residential 2 District to Commercial District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Commercial District; provided, however that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the building laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance No. 981. i Section 2.
