HIGHWAY 45 FROM THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 1002 “oS ee ee TTT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: ection A. - Ordinance No. 1002 of the City of Prichard is hereby amended by the addition of the following section: Section 1-A. There is hereby exempted from the provisions of Section 1 hereof house trailers being delivered by trucks traveling Southwardly on U. S. Highway 45 to licensed Trailer Sales dealers of the City of Prichard located on U. S. Highway 45 where such delivery is for resale purposes. Section B.
