Page 1 ORDINANCE NO, G2 o TO FURTHER REGULATE THE ZONING OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY oF PRICHARD, AS FOLLOWS: . SECTION 1, Subsection B of Section One cf Ordinance No, 461 adopted on the 12th day of March, 1945, shall be and is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph immediately following the closing paragraph of Sub-section Bs d Lots 1, 2, 3, % , Bloek E of Newburns resubdivision of Block Bs and Lots 43-49 Block £, Hickman Heights. SECTION 2. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, SECTION 3, Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of - violation hereof shall be fined not more ttian $100.00 and may in addition, be sentenced to not mare than six months hard labor, Adopted this the day of » 1955.
