AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 736 WHICH PRESCRIBED CERTAIN
REQUIREMENTS FOR SELLING OF FIREWORKS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 736 is hereby repealed and annulled.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall have full force and effect
upon its approval as required by law.
Adopted this 30th day of June , 1958.
