Any person, firm or corporation licensed to engage in the bail bond business in the Gity of Prichard, Alabama, who shall by reagon o8 being surety on any appearance, appeal or stay bond become indebted to the City of Prichard, Alabama, mast pay such indebtedness immediately upon same becoming due, and falling so ta do, the license of such person, firm or corporation shall be suspended by the City Clerk until such indebted- mess be paid.
