Page 1 ORDINANCE NO.: _ igaz AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE GENERAL FUND BUDGET:FOR THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-2001 NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, as follows: Section 1. Section 2. Section 3. The General Fund Budget for the City of Prichard, Alabama for Fiscal Year 2000-2001, attached hereto as Exhibit “A”, pursuant to §11-43C-51 Code of Alabama 1975, as amended, as the same was transmitted to the Council by the Mayor of the City of Prichard on August 29, 2000 pursuant to §11-43C-42 of the Code of Alabama 1975, as amended, and as may be revised by §1 §1 143C-49 of the Code of Alabama 1975, as amended is hereby approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Prichard, Alabama. The Budget Message dated August 29, 2000, transmitted by the Mayor of the City of Prichard and accompanying the General Fund Budget for the City of Prichard, Alabama for Fiscal Year 2000-2001 and the budgetary guidelines and mandates as contained therein are hereby approved and adopted. This budget shall be in effect for the budget year 2000-2001. A copy of this budget, as finally adopted, shall be certified by the mayor and the city clerk and filed in the office of the director of finance. The budget so certified shall be printed, mimeographed or otherwise reproduced and sufficient copies thereof shall be made available for the use of all offices, departments and agencies and for the use of the citizens of the city who request a copy.
