It shall be unlawful ard an offense against the City of Prichard for any person to dump or cause to be dumped or to use in any manner the property maintained by the City of Prichard as a garbage disposal site contrary to the following reguletions: : (1) Any person, firm, or corporation desiring to use the garbage dump for the vurpose of dumping or dissosing of garbage, rubbish or other refuse collected from homes and/or commercial outlets in the City of Prichard shall first apoly for a license at the office of the city Clerk and upon securing same shall display said license to the person in charge of the dump as their permit to use the dump; such license to be subject to the vehicle receiving the approval of the Street Superintendent as definded in Section 2 of this Ordinance... (2) A building contractor desiring to disvose of rubbish or refuse result’ng from a e.ntract job in the City of Prichard shall display their permit secured for s aid job to the person in charge of vae dump who wili recognize this as their permit to use the dump. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to transport, haul or carry garbage, rubodish or other refuse through i the streets, alleys or sublic claces within the City without having the : vehicle or container in which the same is to be carried or hauled; i adequately secured and covered in a nanner approved by the Street ' Superintendent. SECTICN 3. That this Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon its approval as required by law. Adopted this 3 Ad, day of » 1967.
