Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 1413 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. L1l0C, THE LICENSE CODE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS: 1. That Ordinance Number 1100, Section 406, of the City of Prichard be, and is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 406. TRAILERS, AUTOMOBLLE, HOUSE OR TRUCK. Each person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of buying or selling trailers, either new or second-hand, tires or accessories, and/or operating a shop for the care and service of trailers, shall pay a license of $100.0C on the first $1C0,C00.00 or less of gross receipts from saic business for the year next preceding plus all above will be 1/10 of 1% on the next first $100,000, 1/8 of 1% on the second $100,0CO, 1/10 of 1% on the third thru the ninth $100,600, 1/20 of 1% on every thing over one million dollars. 2. That this Ordinance become effective upon . its approval as required by Law. CLERK'S CERTIFICATE: This Ordinance having been passed by the City Council of the City of Prichard on February 17th, 1976, and not having been returned to me, as City Clerk, by the Mayor with his approval or veto within the ten days after its passage by the Council in compliance with Title 37, Section 458, Code of Alabama, 1940, recom- piled in 1958, the same has been published as herein provided.
