Page 1 e _ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: It shall be.unlawful and an offense against the City of Prichard for any person to be in the physical custody or control of any vehicle by whatever name called operated by any type of internal ‘combustion engine or motor while such person is intoxicated. Section 2: All laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 3: Any person found guilty of violating Section 1 of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and costs of court, and may,in addition, at the discretion of the judge or recorder trying the same, be sentenced to not more than six months (6) in jail or at hard labor for the City of Prichard. - ADOPTED this, the 17th day of April, 1961. “ ATTESTs Berniece H.
