Page 1 ORDINANCE #1532 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. . BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance #881, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows: Northwest Corner of Meadow Avenue at St. Stephens Road, Map #02-22-10-44-0-O11 T35 RLW SECT. 44. Lot 20, Parcel 126, Meadow Gardens. The Classification of said property is hereby changed from Residential (R3). District to Commercial (B2) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Commercial (B2) District; provided, however, that the plans for any structure or pbuilding sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the Building Laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, ineludin the requirements of said Ordinance #981. Section 2. That a visual screen fence be constructed on the sides adjacent to existing residential zones. That all access to this site must be off St.Stephens Road, not Meadow Avenue. That a site plan be approved by the Planning Commission prior to issuance of a building permit. . J Section 3.
