Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 76 3~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That sub-section (b) of Section 1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 720, be and hereby is amended by the addition of the following paragraphs at the end thereof: (35) Lots 59 and 60 of Persons First Addition to Prichard. (36) Lot 2, Block J, Neely Subdivision. SECTION 2. That Paragraph (1) of sub-section (b) of Section 1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 720, be and hereby is amended to read as follows: (1) All property abutting on Craft Highway within the City Limits of Prichard, Alabama, excepting that certain parcel located at 962 North Craft Highway, being 66 feet in width on Craft Highway and 297 feet deep. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. Adopted this 7th day of April, 1958. Mayor ATTEST:
