ORDINANCE NO. 1412
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 2(k) OF ORDINANCE No. 1402 RELATING TO THE
LICENSING OF DOGS AND CATS IS AMENDED TO.READ AS FOLLOWS:
A license shall be issued after payment of $.50 for
each spayed or neutered dog or cat and $1.00 for other
dogs and cats, provided that persons over the age of
65 years shall be issued such licenses without payment
of a fee.
Adopted this 17th day of February, 1976.
