Page 1 ORDINANCE No. /, 7 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the sale of fireworks solely and only to the extent permitted by the laws of the State of Alabama is hereby legelized in the City of Prichard, Alabama. SECTION 2. That the aforesaid legal fireworks may be sold at retail from June 25th to July Sth, both inclusive, and from the day following the dismissal of the Public Schools of the Cogmty of Mobile, ALabama, for the Christmas Holidays to January ist, both inclusive, of each year only. SECTION 3. That all ordinances of the City of Prichard, Alabama, heretofore passed and which are in conflict with any Sect.m: of thie ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. That the City of Prichard, Alabama, business license for persons, firms and corporations engaged in the regail sale of the aforesaid fireworks is hereby fixed at $27.50. SECTION 5. Any person who violates any Section of this Ordinance, upon conviction shall be puaished by & fine of not more than One j Hundred Dollars and by imprisonment or hard labor for not more than six months.
