ASSIGNS, PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 1272, ADOPTED DECEMBER 11, 1970, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1492, ADOPTED FEBRUARY 6, 1979, AND AS FURTHER FURTHER AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1525, ADOPTED MARCH 25,
