Tha BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS : Section 1: Chapter Six, Article 9, Section 426 of Boykin's Code of Ordinances of the Gity of Prichard is hereby amended so that it now reads as follows: “PUNISHMENT FOR TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS WHERE NOT OTHERWISE PROVIDED. -Each and every violation of the traffic rules, laws, or regulations of the City of Prichard, Alabama, and, of each and every. code section or provision of this chapter, shall, unless the punishment or penalty is specifically fixed or provided herein, be punishable by a fine of not exceeding two hundred dollars, or by imprisonment, or hard Labor for the city for not exceeding six months, or both, in the discretion of the trial court provided that this section shall not apply to Code Section 385 hereof entitled STATE 5 1 5 1 9 6 892 950 140 24 96.087791 HIGHWAY 5 1 5 1 9 7 1054 951 76 23 93.161911 CODE 5 1 5 1 9 8 1151 948 194 31 88.107140 ADOPTED., or, to any section of said State Highway Code so adopted by said Code Section Section 2: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here- with are hereby repealed.
